Lindsey
Lindsey has been professionally working with dogs since 2008; and in a veterinary setting, including cats & pocket pets since 2009. After becoming certified in mid 2009 Lindsey went on to work at Canada West Vet Specialists for 5 consecutive years. Following Canada West she left the country to work for Fitzpatrick Referrals in the United Kingdom. The Bionic Vet! Upon returning home, she joined our clinic and has since dipped her toes into the world of horse training. In Lindsey's spare time she runs a small pet sitting company which includes dog & horse walking. Veterinary Technician
Jaimie is our newest tech to our team who recently graduated from the technician program at Douglas College. She is enthusiastic about starting her career and being able to bring her new skills and experience to the clinic. Jaimie doesn't just have a passion for dogs and cats but also has a love of horses. She spends her days off taking horseback riding lessons and teaching swimming lessons.

Veterinary Technician
Amir is a Veterinary Technician with extensive experience working in veterinary hospitals and clinics since 2016. He is deeply passionate about animal care and truly enjoys his profession.
He earned his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from Azad University in Iran and is currently in the process of completing the North American Veterinary Licensing Examinations.
Outside of his professional career, Amir has a strong passion for soccer. He has played football at a professional level since a young age and currently plays for the Bernaby team. The discipline, teamwork, and commitment he developed through sports are qualities he brings into his daily veterinary practice.

Veterinary Technician
Parmida Tehrani is a dedicated Veterinary Technician who has been working in veterinary hospitals and clinics since 2017. Caring for animals has always been a central part of her life, and she finds deep purpose in helping pets feel safe, comfortable, and cared for.
She earned her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree in Iran, gaining a strong foundation in both small and large animal medicine. Since moving to Canada, Parmida has continued her work in small animal practice while actively pursuing full veterinary licensure in North America. She has successfully passed the BCSE exam and is steadily progressing through the remaining licensing steps.
Being part of a compassionate team and seeing pets leave healthier and happier is what motivates her every day.
Outside of work, Parmida enjoys paddle boarding, camping, exploring nature, and spending time with friends — especially the furry ones.

Veterinary Assistant
Ruby joined our team in November 2024 after completing 80 hours of volunteer experience and previously working at a dog daycare specializing in behavioral issues. Her hands-on experience with animals has strengthened her passion for providing quality care and support to pets and their families.
As a dedicated Veterinary Assistant, Ruby is committed to continuing her education and becoming a certified Veterinary Technician in the future. She finds great purpose in working with animals and takes pride in making a positive difference within her local community every day.
Outside of work, Ruby enjoys drinking coffee, petting neighborhood cats, and spending time crocheting.

Receptionist
Lori may not have any formal education in animal care just yet, but she's owned dogs her whole life. With bully breeds being the breed of choice. 
Lori enjoies being a part of a clinic that people can trust their pets with. Even if it's in a smaller capacity. 
We treat your fur babies as if they were a part of our own family.
Also the snuggles, we love the snuggles.
When Lori isn't working at the clinic, you can find her playing video games with her husband or creating cosplays in her spare time. 
She loves bringing her favorite video game or anime characters to life.
At home, Lori and her husband have two pets. Their old man orange tabby Steven and they just welcomed home a new baby boy. An Olde English Bulldogge named Vash.

Reception and Office Assistant
Sue Fourchalk is a valued member of our team, serving as our Reception and Office Assistant with over 4 1/2 years of official experience in animal care—and a lifetime of passion that spans over 30 years. Sue has a deep love for all animals, big and small (with the exception of spiders!), and truly believes that every pet is unique and deserving of love. What she enjoys most about her role is the special bond she builds with the cats and dogs who visit our hospital, as well as connecting with their owners to ensure the best possible care. Sue is also proud to work alongside such a dedicated group of doctors and coworkers and looks forward to coming to work every day. Outside of the hospital, she enjoys going to the movies and treating herself to spa days. At home, Sue’s love for animals continues—she shares her life with one dog, five cats, two lizards, and a hedgehog, truly living by the motto: the more, the merrier!
